Reporting system (whistleblowing)

A.Z.B., s.r.o. provides a secure and confidential way to report possible unlawful or unethical conduct. Reports may also be submitted anonymously through the independent platform anonymne.online.

1. Who can submit a report

Anyone who becomes aware of possible unlawful or unethical conduct in connection with the activities of A.Z.B., s.r.o. or its business partners may submit a report.

This may include:

  • employees,
  • job applicants,
  • suppliers,
  • business partners,
  • other people working with our company.

Reports are not accepted from persons specified in Section 2(3)(c) to (g) and (j) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection.

2. What can be reported

The reporting system can be used to report possible:

  • breaches of legislation,
  • breaches of internal company rules,
  • unethical conduct,
  • conduct contrary to the values of A.Z.B., s.r.o.

Examples include corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, breaches of workplace safety rules, discrimination, harassment, unauthorised handling of personal data, or other unlawful or unethical activities.

3. How to submit a report

A.Z.B., s.r.o. uses the independent external platform anonymne.online for anonymous reporting, providing secure and confidential communication.

Online and anonymously

Submit your report through www.anonymne.online . After submitting it, you will receive a unique code that allows you to access an anonymous reporting mailbox, communicate with the designated person and track the progress of your report.

4. Whistleblower protection

Every report is handled confidentially and is accessible only to the designated person. A.Z.B., s.r.o. does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who submits a report in good faith.

When using anonymne.online, no data that could reveal the identity of an anonymous whistleblower is transmitted or stored.

5. How a report is handled

The designated person will assess the report and, if necessary, request additional information through the anonymous mailbox. The whistleblower will be informed of receipt of the report, its assessment and any measures taken within the statutory time limits, provided the chosen reporting method allows this.

6. External reporting system

In addition to the company's internal reporting system, you may use the external reporting system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic .

7. Legal framework

The reporting system operates in accordance with:

  • Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection,
  • Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

8. System certification

A.Z.B., s.r.o. holds a certificate for its use of the secure reporting platform anonymne.online.
